User agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as — Agreement) defines the terms of use of the site (hereinafter referred to as — Website) and is a legally binding document between the Site Administration and the user.

By using the Site, registering or otherwise interacting with its functionality, the user agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. General provisions

2. Registration and account

3. Age restrictions

3.3. Accounts of minors are subject to blocking without compensation.

4. Terms of participation in games

4.1. The Site may provide games for virtual chips or for real money (depending on the Site format).
4.2. The User takes part in the games voluntarily and is aware of the possible risks.
4.3. The Site Administration does not guarantee any winnings to the user.
4.4. Game results are generated automatically and are not subject to revision, except for technical errors.

5. Prohibited actions

The user is not allowed to:

• use bots, scripts, or third-party software;

• collude with other players;

• use Site vulnerabilities;

• violate the rules of fair play;

• distribute offensive, illegal, or malicious content;

• perform actions aimed at hacking or destabilizing the Site.

6. Liability of the parties

6.1. The User uses the Site at their own risk.
6.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for:

• user's financial losses;

• site outages;

• actions of third parties;

• inability to use the Site for reasons beyond the Administration's control.
  6.3. The User is responsible for compliance with the legislation of their country.

7. Blocking and deleting your account

7.1. The Site Administration has the right to block or delete the user's account in the following cases::

• violations of the terms of the Agreement;

• suspected fraud;

• requirements of authorized bodies.
  7.2. In case of blocking, funds and bonuses may be canceled.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All materials of the Site (design, texts, logos, program code) are objects of intellectual property of the Site Administration.
8.2. Copying and distributing materials without permission is prohibited.

9. Processing of personal data

9.1. The use of the Site is carried out in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation. Our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By registering, the user consents to the processing of personal data.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If the dispute cannot be settled, it is referred to the court in accordance with the applicable law.

11. Final provisions

11.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Website.
11.2. If any provision of the Agreement is declared invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
